as possible so you can get your products at an affordable price in a quick way. We strive to leave you completely

Shipping
FREE
SHIPPING: If your order total is $75 or more, you
will receive free FedEx ground shipping in the USA on your order! APO not included for oversized items.
Shipping Carrier: The majority of our
orders are shipped via FedEx, although some orders may be shipped United States Postal Service. We will automatically provide you with a FedEx tracking number
or a USPS confirmation number after your order has been shipped. To track your order, simply login to your account and click on the tracking link.
Shipping Time: FedEx Ground orders generally take
2-7 days depending on location in the USA. International orders can take longer due to distance and customs.
Faster
shipping options are available from FedEx for an additional fee such as Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select.
International Orders: We will send orders to most locations in the world. If you cannot locate your country in our shipping checkout we cannot ship to your location.
Return Policy
Warranty: All products are sold with the manufacturer's
warranty which will be honored. In the case that a product breaks or is defective, contact us to receive a return authorization number, send back the product packed
well with the return authorization number written on the box, and we'll examine the product and replace it.
Damaged
Products: If you receive a product that has been damaged during
shipping, please keep the original damaged packaging and contact us immediately so we can
have the package picked up and have a replacement sent out.
Returns & Exchanges: To return an item, contact us within 30 days of purchase to get a refund or exchange. The product must be in
original condition and be shipped prepaid to us packed well and insured for the total value. Please note clearance and sale items are final sales and cannot be returned.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue a full or partial refund to your credit card for the amount of the purchase price minus the original shipping fee. If your order qualified for our free shipping option, the credit will be for the amount of the order minus the original shipping fee. The refund process can take up to 2 weeks to be completed.
