BoardStop.com is committed to providing a safe and secure online shopping experience. We use a secure server for our transactions as noted by the "https://" in the buying process. The "s" stands for secure. We also use Godaddy for our secure certificate, and no credit card information is stored after your card is charged. All credit card processing is performed by the industry leading payment gateway Authorize.net or PayPal depending on which payment method you choose.
- What are the shipping options?
We primarily ship FedEx ground by default. Some packages may go United States Postal Service, but it is primarily FexEd. We do not ship Hyperlite, CWB, or Liquid Force Products outside the USA.
We cannot ship oversized packages like wakeboards and wakesurf boards international using the US postal system. Large packages are not allowed to be shipped US postal to most countries. If you place an order and select US postal you order will be cancelled and refunded if the destination country does not support large package shipments.
Faster shipping options are available when you place your order such as Next Day, Two Day Air, etc.
- How long will it take my package to arrive?
If you select the standard FedEx ground shipping option and live in the USA, the shipping time will vary on your location. In general, it will take 1-7 days. We are located in Texas, so the closer to Texas you live the faster the product will arrive. Weekends are not counted as shipping days. If you are not sure when your package will arrive just call us.You can also log into your account and use the tracking number to track your package. For international orders, it can take 7-21 days for your package to arrive. Priority International does not have tracking. Express Mail International is the only international shipping option that can be tracked. Custom and brokerage fees are not included in your shipping total. You will be required to pay all custom and brokerage fees at time of delivery. - How do I return my purchase?
To return an item, contact us within 30 days of purchase to get a refund or exchange. The product must be in original condition and be shipped prepaid to us packed well and insured for the total value. Please note clearance and sale items are final sales and cannot be returned.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue a full or partial refund to your credit card for the amount of the purchase price minus the original shipping fee. If your order qualified for our free shipping option, the credit will be for the amount of the order minus the original shipping fee. The refund process can take up to 2 weeks to be completed.

The BoardStop.com retail location is located at 16628 N. IH-35, Austin, TX 78728-1909 in the Texas Malibu dealership. The local store is open 9-6 pm M-F and 10-4 on Saturday. We are closed on Monday's after Labor Day until the first week in April. - Why should I buy from BoardStop.com?
